Descripción del trabajo : The core purpose of this role is to provide consistent, high quality service to our Customers, who value long term relationships and buy customized processes and solutions.
The Solutions Customer Service Associate is the first point of contact and responsible for the handling of each stage of the shipment as per customer SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), resolution of queries and service issues as well as follow up on outstanding matters.
Requisitos : Operational knowledge & Customer Service Experience o Required at least 2 years’ experience in Operations / Customer service teams with minimum 1 year experience in the Logistics sector with Customer facing experience o Working knowledge in operating systems, MS Office Communication Skills o Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently o Knowledge on global shipping terms for communication with customers, vendors, carriers, etc.
o Proven experience in Supply Chain Management Drive for Results o Passion to drive closures & high level customer service orientation o Well organized when working under pressure o High ethical standards o Problem-
solving aptitude / skills o Ability to work independently o Team player Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork
