Own customer experience. Lead the team to achieve best-in-class Customer Service and CM1 ownership Requisitos : -2+ years’ experience working for Costumes Agencies or in Freight forwarders working with Cargo dispatches (Import and export) Customer facing experience.

  • Knowledge on Guatemala regulations and documental requirements for cargo import & export process (CHB & Insurance) -University completed in International commerce, commerce.
