The main purpose of the role is to execute, along with the Franchise Senior Manager, the strategy and action plans, in order to support the delivery of objectives and algorithm growth for El Salvador and Nicaragua’s markets, by leveraging the relationship and leadership capabilities with the local bottler in both countries .
The role is responsible for the coordination of Pepsico’s cross-functional teams and CBC structures in both countries in order to ensure AOP results delivery by following up on initiatives and providing visibility of the business performance for each bottler / category.
Qualifications / Requirements
University Degree (Engineering, business administration or related field)
2 or 3 years of experience y commercial or innovation areas
Proven planning and execution skills
Marketing and sales (commercial skills) knowledge
Cross functional experience especially Sales & Marketing, Finance is a plus.
Local consumer / customer knowledge desirable
Understands Bottler economics desirable
